6. Shipping Damage

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, take clear photos of the packaging and the product and contact us promptly. Failure to report shipping damage in a timely manner may affect our ability to assist with claims.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the size and nature of our products, returns and refunds are subject to approval. Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Shipping fees, freight charges, and handling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
