Delivery Type
This shipment includes curbside delivery only. The carrier will deliver the item to the curb or roadside at the delivery address. The driver is not responsible for inside delivery, unpacking, or assembly.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives with visible damage, please take clear photos immediately of the packaging and the damaged product, and contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you in filing a claim and arranging a solution.
Remote & Limited Access Areas
Deliveries to remote or hard-to-access areas may require an additional freight surcharge. If extra shipping costs apply, we will contact you in advance for confirmation before proceeding with shipment.
