Large Equipment Return Policy
This policy applies specifically to large equipment items, including but not limited to Pilates Reformers and other oversized or heavy fitness equipment purchased from ACTSHE Official Store.
Important Notice Before Purchase
Due to the size, weight, and freight shipping requirements of large equipment, we strongly recommend that customers carefully review product specifications, dimensions, shipping method, and delivery terms before placing an order.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the freight delivery method, curbside delivery terms, and return conditions described in this policy.
30-Day Return Eligibility
Large equipment items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The equipment has not been used, assembled, installed, or tested.
- The item remains in brand-new condition with no signs of wear.
- The product is returned in its original packaging, including pallets, crates, protective materials, manuals, and all accessories.
- The return request is approved by ACTSHE prior to shipment.
Freight Return Shipping
Due to the nature of freight shipping, return shipping costs for large equipment are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to verified shipping damage or a manufacturing defect.
ACTSHE does not accept unauthorized freight returns. Return freight must be scheduled according to instructions provided by our support team.
Refund Processing
Once the returned equipment is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds do not include original shipping, freight, or handling fees.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Equipment that has been used, assembled, installed, or modified.
- Items returned without original packaging or with missing components.
- Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or customer misuse.
- Returns requested after 30 days from delivery.
Shipping Damage Claims
If your equipment arrives damaged, you must take clear photos of the packaging and product immediately upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible. Damage claims reported late may not be eligible for resolution.
Refused or Failed Deliveries
If a shipment is refused or delivery fails due to customer-related reasons (including inaccessible delivery locations or missed delivery appointments), the customer will be responsible for all associated return freight and restocking costs.
Policy Updates
ACTSHE reserves the right to update or modify this Large Equipment Return Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
