1. How long does delivery take?
For in-stock items shipped from our U.S. warehouse, delivery usually takes around 10–15 days. For customized products, please contact our customer service team to confirm the estimated lead time before placing your order.
2. Do you offer curbside delivery or indoor delivery?
Our standard delivery service is curbside delivery. The shipment will be delivered to the roadside or curbside area closest to your address that the carrier can safely access. Indoor delivery, unpacking, and assembly are not included.
3. Do I need help unloading the reformer?
Yes. Pilates reformers are large and heavy items, so we recommend arranging assistance for unloading and moving the package inside after delivery.
4. What is your warranty policy?
ACTSHE offers a 10-year warranty on the wooden frame and a 1-year warranty on parts. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.
5. What should I do if there is an issue with my order?
Please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review the case and provide the most suitable solution.
6. Do you offer a return period?
Yes. We offer a 30-day cooling-off period. If you have any questions about return eligibility or the return process, please contact our customer service team before submitting a request.
