U.S. Warehouse Delivery

For in-stock items shipped from our U.S. warehouse, the estimated delivery time is approximately 10–15 days after order processing.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, local carrier scheduling, weather conditions, and other freight-related factors.

Custom Orders

For customized products, production and delivery timelines may vary depending on the model, finish, and order requirements.

Delivery Method

Large equipment is delivered by freight service. Delivery is curbside only, which means the shipment will be delivered as close to your address as the carrier can safely access, typically at the roadside or curbside area.

This service does not include carrying the product indoors, room placement, unpacking, assembly, or packaging removal.

Before Delivery

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accessible for large freight vehicles.
  • Check that doorways, hallways, elevators, and entry points are suitable for the package size.
  • Arrange assistance if needed, as Pilates reformers are large and heavy items.

Delivery Appointment

Once your shipment is ready for final delivery, the carrier may contact you to arrange a delivery window.

Please ensure your contact details are correct at checkout so the delivery process can be completed without unnecessary delays.

Inspection Upon Arrival

Please inspect the outer packaging carefully when your order arrives.

If you notice visible damage, please note it with the carrier at the time of delivery and contact us as soon as possible.
